Having lost 80 pounds myself I know that making the “lifestyle” changes and establishing healthy habits such as exercise and proper nutrition aren’t nearly as easy as those who’ve never had to lose weight make it sound!!
“Eat less, exercise more” is the mantra. HOW do you make those changes when there are so many other things – work, bills, family, etc., requiring your limited time, attention, and energy?
How many times have you starved yourself to lose a few pounds but lost motivation to continue and maybe even gained the weight back? End the yo-yo diet cycle once and for all!
While I can’t impart desire – that comes wholly from you – I can show you how to get whatever it is you want in terms of fitness and body composition.
Your workouts are custom designed for your ability level. With expert fitness training, diet and nutrition planning, mindset and motivation coaching, you will increase your metabolism, stay motivated for the long term and lose weight once and for all!
What to expect:
Our first few sessions will be a “warm up” where I get to know and understand you, your preferences, how to motivate you, what your particular challenges are, and how to best help you achieve the results you desire.
Your “sessions” do not end once the workout is over! I make myself available to clients for email and telephone. I want to know how you are doing, your successes, and to be able to help you with any difficulties you’re having.
Provided you follow my advice, you will lose (on average) one to two pounds of body fat per week as well as experienced elevated mood, increased energy, and fitness levels.
My ultimate goal is to get you to the point where you don’t need me anymore! Knowledge is power – I aim to educate you on not only what to eat and how to exercise but I want to teach you how to keep the motivational fires burning so that you can maintain your new body and healthy lifestyle.
